_Attach the slats (parts A) by placing on the frame (parts C) and screwing in from underneath through parts C.
_With a plug cutter the size of the countersink bit create wood plugs to plug the holes and hide the screws. Use a little glue on the plug and sand smooth when the glue dries.
_If you want to paint the frame, do so at this stage. On the example shown here only the frame is painted.

_Assemble the ends as shown.
_Slide part F into the slot, so that it rests on the end set of legs (B).
_Countersink and screw part E to part G. Repeat to make the other end.
_Attach one end to part F by countersinking and screwing through part E.
_Attach the scrap board (part H) to part E from the inside, creating a ledge to support part F.
_Screw the other end to the frame.
_Fill the holes with wood plugs and sand smooth.
